He is a 27-year law enforcement veteran with the Topeka Police Department. During his law enforcement career, he rose through the ranks from patrol officer to Commander/Lieutenant in the Criminal Investigations Division supervising criminal investigations, Commander of Special Operations Division, and Supervisor of the Polygraph Unit.
Mr. Low has been the lead polygraph examiner for the testing of convicted sex offenders in treatment with the Kansas Department of Corrections, US Federal Probation in Kansas, the Larned State Hospital Sexual Predator Unit, Osawatomie State Hospital, several private treatment programs, and those sex offenders on probation with counties throughout Kansas.
Mr. Low has been an Adjunct Professor at Washburn University instructing college courses in investigations. He has been a guest presenter/lecturer on numerous occasions on the subject of Polygraph providing lecture to both the private and law enforcement sector:
